Description
We've added a new cool attribute to the Feature Plugin: Search Types! When an admin is creating a feature, they can specify how This feature can be searched in Opal's Advanced Search. So far, there's a couple of different options you can specify for a Plugin's search type:
- Grouped - This is the Default search type for Features. All existing values for a particular Feature are grouped together in a drop-down box for the Searching User to choose from.
- Keyword - Shows up as a regular text input search box in Advanced Search. You can enter in any search term and Opal will try to find any Feature Values that are similar to it.
- Number - Also shows up as a regular text input in Advanced Search, but is designed to search for a number for that particular Feature.
- None - If selected, the particular feature won't show up as a searchable Feature in Advanced Search.
