Mystic

So I uploaded all the files onto my server jvgeek.com/ticket and I created in my cpanel the application ticket and made it production for that directory, but when I use my ssh or PuTTY I cd public_hrml/ticket then try what it said in the install file by calling Rake db:migrate and I get a "no such file found.

Can someone help me? :D thanks!
