This app seems real nice. How is it free? Whats the catch?

Also do I have to create the Mysql DB before I run the RAKE?

There's no catch to the free software, it's open source, and we like the public. That's pretty much it. It's written in ruby on rails, so you should have the Mysql DB created before your run the rake db:migrate. Let me know if you have any other q's.
