Amethyst

I have done everything that was said to be done in INSTALL but i dont get a site..hell its not even a site in this jumble of stuff http://tribal-flame.net/blog not really getting much if you cant tell so mind atleast putting a guide or a more detailed "INSTALL" thing on here? (im using Site5 hosting btw)
